Quick answer

We use your quiz answers and contact details to introduce you to one franchise consultant and to follow up about your request. We do not sell lists of contacts. Email hello@franchiseconsultantsandbrokers.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Information we collect

  • Quiz answers: what you want to do (buy a franchise, franchise your business or become a consultant), ZIP code, budget ranges, funding plans, interests, timeline and similar answers.
  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number and preferred call time, if you complete the final step.
  • Technical data: the page where you started the quiz, campaign tags in the link you followed, and your IP address, which we use briefly to block spam and abuse.

We save quiz answers step by step, so if you stop partway through, the answers you already gave are stored.

How we use it

  • To match you with a franchise consultant who works with your budget, goals and region.
  • To contact you about your request by email, phone or text message, if you gave consent.
  • To run, secure and improve the site and to measure which pages lead to requests.

Who we share it with

  • The consultant we match you with, and the network they belong to, so they can contact you. They handle your information under their own privacy policy.
  • Service providers that host the site, send email and store our contact records. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent lists of contacts. Consultants may pay us for introductions, as explained in our disclosures.

Calls, texts and consent

If you tick the consent box in the quiz, you agree that this site and the consultant matched to you may contact you by phone, text message and email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to stop all contact.

Cookies and third parties

The quiz keeps your answers in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will list them here.

How long we keep it

We keep quiz requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and our records of introductions, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@franchiseconsultantsandbrokers.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will respond to verified requests as the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults considering a business purchase. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
